Dive Rite Nomad Exp Harness

Dive Rite Nomad Exp Harness. A longer Gusset Control System (GCS) now allows the diver to control lift by controlling the profile of the wing.
This is especially important for divers who wear aluminum tanks when sidemounting or dive the Nomad EXP with a single tank.
The Nomad EXP is designed for value and convenience as an all-in-one, complete harness and wing system where the harness, wing, buttplate are one, continuous rig.
Without the Gusset Control and without using the wing keepers on the waist belt, the Nomad EXP delivers a full 60lbs of lift. Using the GCS and wing keepers, divers are able to streamline the wings lift according to the tanks they will carry.
The Nomad EXP is designed for sidemount, doubles backmount, single tanks or rebreather and the adjustability of lift helps the diver transition between tank configuration.
Popular with tech divers for its trim characteristics as well as open water divers wishing to transition into technical diving down the road, the Nomad EXP provides proper trim by keeping the top of the wing narrow, allowing more lift at the bottom, which is ideal for rebreather and sidemount divers where heads-up buoyancy can be an issue.
The Nomad EXP is available with a single bladder or dual bladder and comes standard with a 16-inch corrugated hose, a plain elbow, a 22-inch low pressure inflation hose and a 2-inch crotch strap.

Note: Single tank divers will also require a pair of cam straps, which are not included. Double tank divers will also require a set of TransPac Stability Plates, which are not included.
Common configuration is 16-inch corrugated hose with a 15-inch low-pressure inflation hose for an average 6-foot, 225lb man.
Common length when sidemounting tanks using the bungee system only is 17-inch.

Both the 45 lb. and 70 lb. lift BC-s are designed and tailored to fit the full length of the cylinders providing increased control over trim and the reduced width dramatically reduces drag. These are the first BC-s to be designed that are specifically tailored to fit aluminum 80 cu. ft and taller cylinders.

Dive Rite Classic Exp Wing 16. The Classic EXP is part of an innovative line of 360 degree, donut-style wings that provide greater stability and control in the water.
The Classic EXP is an adjustable lift wing, sporting an optional Gusset Control System cord that can be used to further streamline the wing for wreck penetration or smaller size doubles.
The GCS is not a bungee wing because it does not restrict air flow instead the GCS promotes added streamlining and buoyancy control, yet allows the wing to inflate to its full capacity.
Single (BC4400) bladder wing. Its unique bladder design allows a single bladder Classic EXP to be altered to become a dual bladder wing at a later date, if desired.
At full capacity, the Classic EXP offers 68 lbs/31 kg of lift, accommodating two 104 ft3/17L back mounted cylinders and two 80 ft3/11L stage bottles. The Classic EXP wing is designed for use with the TransPac, Transplate or metal backplates.

Apeks Wtx6 R Wing. The first of its kind. This clever, redundant buoyancy cell has both airways coming off the back top of the cell. This is the ideal location for a diver in the swimming position.

This single cylinder buoyancy cell can mate to the WTX Harness or directly to the back plate.
- Gussets along each side allow for a full 32 lbs of lift without compromising the overall size of the WTX3.
- 4 slots allow it to be mounted to a WTX harness or back plate using and upper and lower nylon cylinder bands.
- 2 pairs of grommets allow the WTX3 to be bolted on if a single cylinder mounting kit is used.
- A 2- wide restriction band at the bottom of the WTX3 allows the cylinder to nestle into the inflated buoyancy cell so it doesn-t get pushed away from your body.

Dive Rite Rec Exp Wing 16. The Rec EXP is the flagship of our innovative line of 360 degree, donut-style wings. Donut wings tend to provide greater stability and control in the water, improving diver buoyancy and trim. The Rec EXP is shorter than our traditional Rec wing, which means it now fits a wider range of diver statures, where as our traditional Rec wing is best suited for tall divers or divers who require more buoyancy at the waist.
A hybrid wing, the Rec EXP can be worn on single or double tanks making it one of our most popular wings. When diving single tanks, two clips on each side of the wing attach to D-rings on the backplate, keeping the wing close to the diver-s body. This avoids the -taco- effect of the wing wrapping around the tank, away from the diver, which diminishes buoyancy control.
The Rec EXP can be a single or dual bladder wing. Its unique bladder design allows a single bladder Rec EXP to be altered to become a dual bladder wing at a later date, if desired.

Now made of tough, 1680 ballistic nylon with a new oval shape, the Travel EXP is a lightweight, small-profile wing that is great for travel and warm-water, single tank diving.
The donut-style provides an even volume of inflation on top, sides and bottom, which improves buoyancy control and promotes a more efficient, horizontal trim.
At 27lbs/12kg of lift, the Travel EXP can accommodate one 80ft3/12 L tank with additional weight in pockets or a weight belt not to exceed 16lbs.
As a part of our modular BCD system, it can be matched with either a TransPac, Transplate or any metal backplate and webbing harness.
Features:
Black outer bag is made of 1680 denier ballistic nylon that resists tears and abrasion.
Inner bladder constructed of thick, 15-mil polyether aromatic polyurethane is resistant to abrasion and chemicals, has excellent strength and will resist the growth of microorganisms.
Urethane flanges are welded in place, which make it easy to switch out corrugated hoses and over pressurization valves without tools.
Comes equipped with choice of 16-inch rapid exhaust (pull dump), 16-inch or 12-inch elbow along with either15-inch, 22-inch or 27-inch low pressure inflation hose.
A set of marine-grade 316 stainless steel grommet mounting holes are used to attach wing to harness and/or singles mounting plate.
